Currently recording her own original music, Aynsley inspires listeners with a deep blend of soulful lyrics and haunting melodies. Capturing the listener's attention is invariably inevitable as her music reaches to the depths of the listener's psyche, lending truth to the statement that in the deeply personal is the universal. Some have been moved to tears, some have been moved by laughter, but rarely does anyone leave a performance unaffected by her music. Graduating with a degree in English and Film from The University of Western Ontario, Aynsley has merged her passion for filmmaking with her talent for writing music. Recently, Aynsley has written scores for films that have appeared in festivals around the world including Brazil, Japan, and the United States. Aynsley is currently a member of The Guild of Canadian Film Composers and the Songwriters Association of Canada.
